I was born and grew up in China and now live in Hong Kong. My journey into teaching began with a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and an additional qualification in Special Education, I embarked on my teaching career with a strong determination to cater to the unique needs of every child in my care.
My understanding and appreciation for the Reggio Emilia teaching approach grew as I witnessed the magic it creates within preschool settings through my teaching experience in the past years. This approach aligns perfectly with my values of providing equal opportunities for all children, including those with special educational needs.
By actively involving families in their child’s educational journey, I strive to build strong partnerships that promote a child’s progress both inside and outside of the classroom.

By combining my passion for inclusive education, and the principles of the Reggio Emilia approach, I aspire to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of young learners, helping them unlock their full potential and thrive at Fairchild Kindergarten.
